Take-back of your old electrical equipment (WEEE)

For every purchase of an electrical or electronic product, TECHNETIA takes back your old equipment of an equivalent type and function free of charge, as required by the French Environmental Code (art. L541-10-8 and R541-158 to R541-166). This applies to every order, with no minimum amount.

Tell us you want to return an old device — before or after ordering — by e-mail at contact@technetia.fr (mention your order number). We then offer, at your choice:

• hand-over of the old equipment at the delivery point when your order is delivered, or
• a prepaid return label so you can send the old equipment back at no cost, or
• drop-off at a nearby collection point (the official locator is available on epargnonsnosressources.gouv.fr).

Equipment marked with the crossed-out wheelie bin must never be thrown away with household waste: it contains materials that can be recycled and substances that must be treated. The eco-fee (« éco-participation ») included in our prices funds this collection and recycling through the French WEEE scheme.
